Upon entering the Big Bear Valley we are the first commercial location for visitors, buyers and sellers. Our location averages approximately 1000 to 1500 visitors per weekend! We are an information center for the Valley’s activities, providing maps, brochures and real estate information for all those visitors entering the Valley. 

Owned and operated by John and Anne Corey, who have over thirty years of Real Estate and Escrow Experience, with the past 18 years in the Big Bear Valley. Our many years of real estate service in the Big Bear Valley allow us to provide our knowledge and expertise to help buyers purchase their mountain dream cabin/home and to help the mountain homeowner or business owner get their property(ies) sold.
