1993-2003: Eagle Summit Escrow - Manager of an approved Department of Corporations Escrow Company serving the Big Bear Valley area for ten years. Handled residential FHA/VA Conventional, Assumptions, Commercial, Business "Bulk" Sales, Government Lease Cabins and Home Escrows. Handled all Employee Training, Banking, Monthly Reconciliation and some computer troubleshooting.

1992-1993: The Real Estate Office - Diamond Bar Real Estate. Residential Sales in the San Gabriel Valley and Chino/Chino Hills areas.

1990-1992: ERA Real Estate - Assisting my husband in real estate sales.

1987-1988: Escrow Corner - Asst. Manager in Diamond Bar. Responsible for handling residential, conventional, FHA/VA assumptions and commercial escrows, while assisting the manager.
